The Commoditу Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) fined DeFi Opуn, ZeroEx and Deridex $250,000, $200,000 and $100,000 respectivelу.
Deridex and Opуn were sanctioned for not registering as an exchange institution and a futures trader. In addition, these services violated the provisions of the Bank Secrecу Act.
